It is a new development by Shea Homes, so there are very few house or structures on the property, which enhances the golfer’s experience. The new development also means deep pockets to keep the conditions pristine. The layout is very good, but again the views and vistas take the show here. Turf conditions consistently rival the best courses in the valley. Value, Value, Value….. Verde River Golf & Social Club offers value second only to SunRidge Canyon. You can enjoy Verde River Golf & Social Club for 1/3 the cost of many other of the top 10 valley courses, while enjoying the same quality conditions and views of a Troon North or Grayhawk. Last, is the new clubhouse, which is spectacular! Pool (not for golfers) but golfers can have food and a beer at the poolside lounge.
